Folks, having suffered my own placenta abruptio and nearly losing the baby after heavy bleeding in which 18 yrs later I still have the staples I cannot imagine the stress this lady was under.
My word, but to have the strength to simply stand is amazing much less fight for justice!
Thrillers are sometimes hit or miss with me in regards to the execution.
This was pure perfection in every form and nothing was disclosed to ruin the momento.
It was steady, fast paced, heart pounding, and dam scary!!
You know what they say about hearing those little voices but you also know the importance of paying attention to your gut and following instincts.

Truth be told he is a rapper, an artist, a HUSTLER, a man for which less is known about his life beyond his current works.
Ergo, why I was interested in picking this one up and learning more.
It just was't my thing with the way it was written, the language was off setting for me, the premise wasn't much beyond what we already know.
I wanted to love this as back in the 80's I was that gal with the 'boom box' always in tow with Queen Latifah, Ice-T, Digital Underground and all the rappers on my play lists or shall I say cassette tapes for those dating themselves.
However, I just didn't find my anything that really excited me to flip the pages.

Can she not only uncover the truth to save herself while also saving Bobby.
I love the fast paced non stop action here.
The plot twist surrounding Bobby, Jessica, and now Maya and those closest to her were shocking and disturbing.
