Book Review: "The Doctor's Wife" By Daniel Hurst

Don't you love it when a plan comes together.

I mean seriously what we have here is everyone playing one another for a fool. Adults acting like kids going to the candy store on more than one occasion.

However, who's playing who is the question at hand.

After all, the doctor's wife Fern Devlin thinks she's getting away with murder, while her spouse had a falling out of love with her, and is sewing his wild oats.

OMG! While this is occurring you then have Fern setting aside some extra's plus two and ....
Ok, Hold UP!

Daniel Hurst has written a novel that's nice, neat, and tidy. A strainght-in- your -face thriller.

Not much is hidden and everything is really airing out there as 'dirty laundry' is being tossed about on all sides.
So, who shall we believe?

When it comes to a front there's a few people who have passed, a few who have suffered miserably, and at least one who simply doesn't give a rat's hide because they've played this grieving individual & may have shocked the village but not themselves.

'Sorry for your loss' takes on quite a new meaning in this one because nobody is showing their true colors to the end as everyone is out to get whatever they can for selfish gains.

With gains come losses and when the other shoe falls it may just be the ultimate shocker.

The epilogue was quite the tricky expose....

Thank you to Daniel Hurst, Bookouture, and Netgalley for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
