Do you know why you must sleep? Do you know how many others of sleep is required to remain healthy? Do you know about toxins and how the brain uses sleep to clean them up?
Well if not than this is your call to respond by reading Sleep, Insomnia, and Stress.
This is a great read for anyone with sleep issues such as insomnia, diabetes, daytime sleepers, and those who need sleeping pills to get to sleep.
So many of our jobs today push us to the brink with many working graveyard shifts, pulling double duties, or simply becoming over stressed and over worked yet many of us don't know what more we can or should do to resolve the problem.
This book does a fab job on touching upon topics of interest concerning whether your a lark or an owl, whether or not sleep debt, and how about discussing sleep hygiene.
If I've peaked your interest than I'm glad and I hope this book helps you.
It was a pleasure to read it as my family members suffer from similar ailments mentioned from diabetes, to possible dementia, to grinding of teeth, lockjaw, and sleep apnea related to diabetes.
Highly recommend this one...
