Book Review: "Child's Play" By Danielle Steel

Single, successful, vibrant mom Kate has raised three grown kids so well that her husband would be proud.

Life is full circle and in this case it's not just 'Child's Play' as it doesn't get easier with age only more dramatic and cumbersome.

Enter Kate's world from her marriage to Tom that resulted in Anthony, Tamara, and Claire.

Now folks these three are no saints but they are not all sinners either!

Anthony of course is sowing his wild oats and unsure of his romance partners. Notice I used the plural form here. He's caught between Amanda and Alicia with plenty of love to go around.

Meanwhile Sis Tamara is figuring out her sexual orientation with Stacey and is about to embark on newly wedded bliss.

With time ticking Claire feels that being an unwed mother won't be all that bad as she has Reed to fall back upon...or does she?

None of the kids are married so there's that but the real deal is in how this family concurs the curves thrown at them with precision and ease.

I loved the ending with Kate and family and I wouldn't change a thing!
