Book Review: "Trace of Evil" By Alice Blanchard

"Death was like a secret."

Such powerful and revolting action here that I still cannot believe this is the first in the Natalie Lockhart Series.

This was a breath of fresh air with every aspect of a thriller nail biting story line that we all hope to indulge.

The black witchery magic and darkness is evident almost from the start as we traverse into the realm of the gothic era.

A time when revenge curses were commonplace and killing was perhaps a given.
Natalie is the Detective who is trying to uncover the truth.

The main suspect in all this mess is Ethan but drugs and madness are present with Riley and all that resulted with the relationship between Daisy.

Pregnancy in the senior year with an abortion resulted in the wrong decision making process but hook ups also took precadence.

Now the stakes are even higher and with Willow already dead the need to find Ellie becomes crucial.

It's purely a matter of life and death in this fantastic new read by Alice Blanchard.
Highly recommend!
