Book Review: "Grit and Grace" By Tim McGraw

One of the best I've read on fitness, inspirational goals, and commitment to the end result with some personal information thrown in and followed up with various exercises in full blown detail.

I'm not only a fan but an admirer of his relationship and his grit and grace.

I love how he has found time with such a hectic schedule not only on the road but at home to be actively engaged with his own goals both physically and mentally.

The race is yours and yours alone.

Many make it a competition but your only competitor is in your own mind.

You must be the change you wish to see.

Hardships is not an excuse.
Lack of time is not an excuse.
Having no funds available is not an excuse.

You must be present, be active, and be on target with yourself daily.

A great new read with wonderful illustrations to actively become engaged.

PS> Looking great too! Those abs!...Well, I know after having had several c-sections that ain't happening here but thank you for the motivation! :) Signed a fellow crossfitter nut!
