Book Review: "Playing Nice" By JP Delaney

What if someone told you your son belongs to someone else's family? Switched at birth!

Holy smokes!! How, why, what, where....when?!

So many questions- but when Pete opens the door he's confronted with this alarming scenario.

How could this happen in a hospital setting, with nurses, doctors, those in trusting positions of authority?

Miles Lambert wants his son back after raising David-who suffered severe brain damage from oxygen starvation.

Theo appears normal but he does have a few 'shocking episodes' and 'behavioral issues' that do arise.

So now what?

Take legal action, report to authorities, have the child removed from the home, disrupt the lives of two children?

So much is at stake for both families yet the children's rights are top priority and take top precedent in determining what's best for them.

As the tides begin to turn we see a different side of everyone.

As they say, everyone's your friend when the going is good but who will be by your side when the shiite hits the fan?

We see everyone's true colors soon enough and it's ugly!

However, perhaps something good can come out of this but not before the ugly and the sick come forth.

Psychopaths are quite alarming and difficult to process and control.

The ending on this one was truly shocking and alarming.

So be prepared for a whopper at the end!

Thank you to JP, the pub, NetGalley, and Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
