Book Review: And They Called It Camelot By Stephanie Marie Thornton

"This is the book club pick of the year. Thornton brings an American icon to life: Jackie the debutante, the First Lady, the survivor who at last becomes the heroine of her own story." -Kate Quinn -Goodreads Author & Member Review

I don't know if I can truly write a review that would come close to doing this book justice as it's based on a woman who was permanently scarred in life but who went on to stand in grace, dignity, and courage after losing her beloved husband and President of these United States.

The pain, the tenacity, the beauty from within exudes in the heartfelt and emotional pull of the writer that leads to a great vision of the historical times but also in the mindset of one of the most famous and lovely First Ladies.

If you've not yet picked this one up you will certainly be placing it on your TBR because it's truly a gem and worthy of every accolade it receives.

Thank you to Bibliotheca for this splendid e-read in exchange for this honest review.
