Book Review: "The London Restoration" By Rachel McMillan

The London Restoration is as much about restoration of a marriage as it's about the restoration of the surrounding landmarks especially the London churches after WWII.

As several reviewers noted it's easy to relate when you feel that the current climate and atmosphere warrants similar anguish and terror.

In war much like divorce there are no winners or losers. As everyone pays a hefty price especially with regards to freedom.

Pain can be masked over but the scars don't often heal and this is one such story that delves into the lies, the betrayal, but also the resurrection and restoration.

It's a unique piece of historical fiction that I wrapped myself into for a great summer read and I hope you do as well.

It was truly a pleasure to read and enjoy.

Thank you to Rachel, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
