Book Review: "How to Be Happy As a Rat in a Trash Can" By Don Pasco

No, really how happy are you?

Do tell because you know you can get bitter or you can get better.
You can go high or you can go low.

What I loved was the dedication, the informative tone, the demeanor of this author in expressing the most widely known but not always processed or executed information on maintaining happiness.

What would it take to make you happy?

Now, if you married a doozie like me - it's freedom, it's independence, it's the chance to rewrite the wrongs and live again -happily, peacefully, free!

For others it may be to simply turn on and tune in to Joel Osteen-an you get extra points- for this effort.

Whatever it's make sure you do your best to follow it through.

Stay in faith. Trust your judgment. Stay true to you.

Positivity is contagious and for good reason.

Surround yourself with those who will be supportive because it's not just about being lucky but being with the right crowd.

Happiness is more than just a number on the chart at your doctor's office.
It's about gratitude, it's about grace, it's about forgiveness, and it's about love.
Compassion, empathy, diversity are missing in today's world.

We are quick to judge others but do you truly understand, do you truly listen, can you possibly know if you don't walk in the other's shoes?

Don't be so judgmental, don't be so passionate to condemn, be open, be honest, be transparent.

BE YOU!

Love what Don has done here as it's a pleasure to read this self help version that brought smiles and warmth all around.

Thank you to Don, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
