Book Review: "The Book Charmer" By Karen Hawkins

Growing up books for Sarah was her life.

She always held that special connection to them so it's not a surprise she became the town's librarian.

This quaint Dove Pond was run by the Dove Family and Sarah Dove was our main character.

As she grows up she shows more of her magical abilities and finds readers for every book.

It's a charmer for sure as the strong feminine roles are gripping for readers however for me it was slow to start and felt rush to end.

The varying friendships formed were unique and interesting and the idea of taking a trip through books was never more real.

The displaced city girl Grace was another added bonus to the plot as she brought a different perspective.

She's not all fluff and circumstance as she dislikes the town and its residents.
The book leads her to gravitate her emotions towards this quaint lil town and soon she begins to release the walls she built.

"The Magic of Books" is all around and it pulls you in with every 'flip' of the pages....

Thank you to Karen, the publisher, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
