Have you ever had a one sided conversation that went on for days and it was all about 'one person' telling you their life story.....Yes, well I was bored out of my mind no pun intended and wanted to enjoy this much more than I did.
I couldn't get past the fact there was absolutely nothing to bring the readers in to the story and just went on about each individual case by case basis as a therapist.
I seen no humor but did see plenty of attempts to be something the author wasn't and for me as an empath it bothers me as I see through that really quick.
I prefer authenticity and for me this missed the mark .
