Book Review: "Things My Son Needs To Know About the World" By Fredrik Backman

One of the things I've found reading Backman is that he always brings you full circle in both emotions and expectations of his work.

His style is all his own, his writings are superb, his craftsmanship is unique.
I felt like this would be one of those quick reads without much interaction from the reader in which he just states his case and leaves it there.

However, this was not only just a note to his son of things he should know but it was also pointers for those of us who missed these individual thoughts along the way.
The notion about being supportive of strong women won me over and from that point on I was hooked.

It's obvious that he loves not only his son but his wife and perhaps the notion that we are all beautifully flawed but lovable should be the crucial selling point.

We all have things we can learn along the way and we should never stop cherishing life! Never taking life for granted! Always holding gratitude in our hearts as life is short and we are not here for eternity.

Great read!
