Book Review: "The Paris Apartment" By Lucey Foley

Creepy, dark, disturbing - Yes, indeed PARIS- the land of lovers has become the apartment of death?

Well, if you want to be flipped upside down then you've come to the right place in Foley's newest work.

Normally, we have a women gone missing with a nice demeanor to boot. But, not today, we've gone with the charismatic, sexy, mysterious man Ben who's a problematic big bro turned investigative journalist.

Each character has a story to tell and each brings up a new story in each subsequent chapter which leads readers to truly explore it all.

Jess is truly an isolated main character that's finding it hopeless/helpless to uncover the truth. Every issue you can think of is on her plate. She doesn't speak French, there's zero trust in policing, and she's exhausted nearly every avenue to find Ben.

Ahhh...but the girls, the clubs, the sex, the drugs?

Oh, boy...this just in--"You cannot help your brother now."
Why not?
WTH?

I'm not a wine drinker but the terminology such as "vintage" may be something to check into here because there might just be more to it all.

YIKES!

Thank you bibliotheca for this E-Read in exchange for this review.
