Book Review: The New Girl By Harriet Walker

"She’s borrowed your life. But what if she decides to keep it?"

Who wouldn't want to live a life of luxury?

Fashion editor pregnant with her first child Margot seems like the poster gal for perfection.

Maggie a journalist covers for her during her maternity leave and is envious of this new found lifestyle and seizes the chance if only for a few months.

Insecurity. Paranoia. Fear sets in.

A downward spiral soon results for Margot as a vicious online troll mock her abilities.

It's an interesting concept but for me it missed the mark.

Thank you to Harriet, the pub, NetGalley, and Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
