Book Review: "First Date" By Sue Watson

This should come with a warning label, "Things are not as they appear to be."

Sue Watson has created another masterpiece this time with First Date.
So we begin with one question, who hasn't used one of these apps after feeling they could use some serious profile help in the dating arena?

In fact, I not only used them but met my former spouse through them and the lovely newspaper ads back in the day.

But I digress over my unhappy dating life and subsequent marriage.

Now, before we discuss marriage we shouldn't put the cart before the horse for these two.
After all Alex just met Hannah but what if it goes bottom's up?

Things are moving exponentially fast and as we all have learned the red flags are being ignored.
He seems so nice though...so polite--oh that's until he wasn't!

Alex seems just splendid till things begin to take shape with Sue Watson writing a storm of a thriller!
These characters are the type you love to hate and perhaps some women dislike being portrayed as the victims but in fact the karma train always comes back around.

You know this reminds me of something else - GASLIGHTING-BRAIN WASHING-MANIPULATION!

This is one for the record book but ladies and gents just an FYI- If it seems to good to be true--it probably is!
Never settle oh and never let anyone make you look crazy...

Especially when the Titanic hits the iceberg because you never know what lies underneath the calm cool waters...

Oh, boy this was fab!

Thank you to Sue, the pub & a huge fav of mine-Bookouture, NetGalley, and Amazon kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
