Book Review: "All The Lost Things" By Michelle Saks

Have you ever been that kid with the imaginary toy animal who simply wanted to be loved and cared for while spending quality time with your family and friends?

This is one such book that examines that parental relationship but with a twist as this family has a secret, one too deep to address as they are living in essence on the run.

What they leave behind is far more involved than where they are headed but the notion that a child is involved makes it crucially important that it ends quickly and safely.

Readers are taken on a journey through the south headed to my home state of Pa but venturing all over to keep 'in hiding' if you will with little connection to the outside world.
I cannot give out further detail other than to say this was truly a unique perspective as told from the child Dolly's eyes from within her heartfelt concerns.

It's a communication of comfort with her plastic horse Clemesta as it takes courage to not turn away from the fear and anxiety that is upon them all.

It's a must read for 2019 as it engulfs the element of our subconscious and a treasure trove of memories to rely heavily upon in this inviting story line.

Thank you to Michelle, the publisher, Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
