I stand with Patricia and applaud her for her courage to speak out against abuse.What she's endured is something that's unfathomable much less from her very own father.
It's disheartening to read and a horrible reality of just how many injustices exist in our world today.
To know she is challenging the ideas about what's violence, what's love, what's life and how to overcome the abuse she endured as a child and beyond gives everyone hope.
By her telling her story she is paving the way for others like her to follow her lead and learn from her lessons provided here.
I'm so terribly sorry she went through so much at such a young age but she shows her tenacity and her will to survive by being a warrior and not a victim.
