The Russian Mob coming to you from everywhere is the theme here in this crazy mixed up set up of USA targeted politicians.As with all things sometimes the plan doesn't even get off the ground so too here with the CIA op's being taken down in their own home before they had a chance to become the go getters.
The plan now is simple for Tacoma after Cosgrove was taken out. That plan is to find the Russian mob first before they find him.
