Book Review: "Empire Of Lies" By Raymond Khoury

Slow sizzle to perfection!

Travel back in time to Ramadan 1094 in which the desire to put an end to the war against the pope's men is urgently needed.

Now remember this is a work of science fiction and alternate history so before you go reviewing that it's not accurate please check the genre you're reading.

I'll tell you the notion that Rasheed needs to go is getting stronger by the minute as this one has a nice sizzle effect before it explodes.

Two things are needed here that we must not lose sight of : Incantation and a spell that must not be reversed.

Kamal is our senior officer in Sultan's Tashkeelat-i-Hafiye and Nisreen is his sis in law so these two are no strangers but man they have a big job to tackle ahead of them.

One can only hope, hope for change, hope for a better world to come, hope for new beginnings and healthier tomorrows.

Truth and freedom of speech are under attack like never before and it's time to take a stand and do what's right for all involved.

What would the future hold for the Ottoman Empire is anyone's guess in the 21st century.
Wars rage on. Innocent lives slaughtered. Democracy become more foreign with each passing day.

We have to believe it will get better!

A great new read that I loved as it explored an interesting time when Catholicism was much different than that of today's standards.
