Book Review: "Regretting You" By Colleen Hoover

Like mother like daughter but this time you hope it's not true.

What happens when Morgan has to face her own truths while protecting her sweet 16 yo daughter from the same reality?

Love is fickle. Love is funny. Love is not always black and white. Love rarely lasts unless you work for it.

Regretting You is about the work that's involved in keeping it alive but also in examining how it can go so wrong so quickly.

The old saying the grass is always greener on the other side is only because it's being watered is true to form for this one.

Aunt Jenny may know this better than anyone after she has an affair with the most unlikely candidate for her affections.

So too is Jonah the best friend of Chris or in other words Morgan's husband.

That moment when it seems everybody is looking for something they feel they aren't getting in a relationship and fall outside the boundaries to seek it.

The end result may shock you as Elijah the son is caught in the middle of the madness.

A great read that tugs at the heart strings and makes one think with the heart before acting out of impulse and frustrations.
