Book Review: "Daylight" By David Baldacci

Corruption is at the highest it's ever been and now it's turned the world upside down.

David Baldacci capitalizes on this scheme by examining a case involving Atlee Pine's twin sister-Mercy- and her missing abduction status that originated at the age of six.

It's been a case that's plagued Atlee but there's finally a breakthrough when she stumbles upon her sisters abductor-Ito Vincenzo.

However, nothing is ever easy as the clock ticks and time winds down with urgency to locate this ITO and bring him down with the help of her assistant -Carol Blum.

Carol and Atlee then uncover another case within John Puller's case that will break the nonsense wide open for all reader's to explore.

Checks and balances are not always easy. Transparency isn't always true to form. Blackmail is almost always a fixture in every corruption case.

Yet, this was different. This had a more human element with two more characters- Joe and Desiree.

BOTL ~This is one you won't soon forget!

Thank you to David, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
