Book Review: "Isolated" By M.A. Hunter

Gripping! Powerful! Dynamic!

What an amazing read by the wonderfully talented M.A. Hunter in this newest creation of Isolated.

We begin with an investigative journalist who has just taken down a pedophile ring and is now working her magic on a kidnapping case while at her agent Maddie's location when she gets notified of a suicide.

Natalie's final words before jumping off a roof to Emma, "“You need to find her. Find Sally. Tell her, I’m sorry.”

My word what the heck is going on here and why? Why would a box of pertinent clues be located in Natalie's room with a stranger's name on it. Why was that strangers name -EMMA! YIKES! Oh but that's not all a pig's head is attached to the wall along with articles that are damming.

This books plays upon the previous and extends the notion of Anna being alive after a child abduction with evidence of continued foul play including pagan cults, child molesters, army base full of information near the girl's hometown and so much more.

Emma and Jack soon become a tag-team detective duo that uncover the missing girl was friends with Natalie at this military base. The shocker is her friend wasn't the only girl to disappear.

The ability to empathize was found with Jack and his daughter requesting a horse and the neatly packed texts that showcase the heartache and grief found within information left behind to seal the deal and bring home justice.

This was a burner that was fast, furious, and take no prisoners action.

I hope you find this review well and pick this one up to enjoy.

Thank you to MA Hunter, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
