Book Review: "The Survivors" By Jane Harper

First and foremost - Thank you- Macmillan Reading Insiders Club- for this ARC as this newest edition comes out 2-2-21!

I've always been a huge fan of Jane Harper's work so when I seen this as an option for selection well, I not just ran but jumped at the chance to grab it up!

Jane Harper has created her own version of the Tazmanian Devil as a sunken ship, a missing art student, and two boys have all gone missing over the years.

It's time to bring closure as our main guy is all too familiar with one of the missing being his very own brother (Finn); which Kieran still harbors those dark feelings of guilt.

Sure kids will be kids, they enjoy hangouts, they like to have fun (ok, sex may or may not be par for the course) and yes, they surely enjoy a night out at sea.

However, all this is different now with Mia in his life and a family that needs him including his own parents who are both struggling.

The situation turns dire when the tides come up quickly, wiping away the pain, but forging ahead new life.

It's a remarkable feat to be able to bring so many emotions to the seat of the table as Jane has done so eloquently.

Life must go on but how can it be possible with so much pain!

Thank you to Jane, the pub, Netgalley, RIC, Amazon Kindle, and all those who provided this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
