Book Review: "Layla" By Colleen Hoover

This is like the Leeds and Layla show that incorporates such bizarre emotions that I'm not sure whether to run and hide or go with the flow.

My word, Colleen Hoover has really taken this one "Layla" and moved it to a whole new thriller genre-that area of gray matter- that only the most talented authors ever DARE to take a novel.

In this one we have a powerful duo tag team combo but for which seems almost to good to be true.

The relationship seems all cozy and good until an accident results in a mind alteration of sorts that creates a physical and emotional under pinning of further mental capabilities.

As you can tell I'm trying to be vague without revealing too much of the excellent plot structure which had me on the edge of my seat screaming yet clawing back and forth between scary as hell and questioning whether or not it could be medically, physically, socially, psychologically, scientifically, and every other way possible.

Whether or not this ends well depends on that B&B guest named Willow that seems to have placed herself in the heat of the moment between Layla and Leeds relationship.

So, when you have a list of things to do -you do them- in exact order- and pray for the best it all works out.

Colleen, this truly was so unique, well developed, and splendidly executed in full detail that I cannot imagine providing any less than the ultimate 5 star review.

Thank you to Colleen, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.

As a reader/reviewer/blogger in the thriller genre -this I can tell you - is a MUST READ!
