Book Review: "Hidden on the Fens" By Joy Ellis

"A DERELICT COTTAGE HIDDEN IN A COPSE OF TREES."

"A MISSING GIRL WHOSE BODY WAS NEVER FOUND."

"HAS HER KILLER RETURNED?"

A witch's knife and other weird items are turning up in this hidden cottage in the woods that was recently located.

Are these items warnings to -"Stay Away?"

When Detective Joseph and his daughter search the premise they uncover more clues. A satchel full of beautiful girls from a young lady gone missing 15 yrs earlier.

Her murderer was recently released from prison and may be on the move.
In a similar case DC Cat and Dave are trying to gather evidence against a stalker preying upon widowed older women.

Vernon is not your ordinary criminal -he's well established with plenty of influential connections as a pillar in his community.

It's not an easy job that they have stumbled upon and may require extensive leg work and manpower as his victims are being silenced as not believable or credible.

This is the 11th in the Detective Nikki Galena Series and did well as a stand alone for this newbie reader.

The twist were quite interesting and the writing was superb.

All in all a good read.
