Book Review: "Love and Other Words" By Christina Lauren

Is the spark still there? Are they meant to be friends for life? Or lovers?

Well, this reminds me of the situation in which I was on the outside having been cast aside in divorce proceedings, having been tossed out w three kids to the street homeless, while my spouse casually wined and dined the newest target.

Not to upset the apple cart but many are infatuated and mistake love for nothing more than robust hormones.

Now I'm hoping this is not the case here and certainly this story has its ups and downs but the betrayal is so darn sad.

Sometimes the characters were selfish, undeserving, and plain old nuts which are all the more reasons to fall in love with them.

A friendship that blossomed into something more as adults is at the heart of this one and it's a refreshing romance.

Enjoy!
