Book Review: "Billion Dollar Brand Club" By Lawrence Ingrassia

Money is the bottom dollar.

I don't care what business we are speaking- cheap products- with a year or two (tops) warranty are crowding the market.

Everything you buy these days literally falls apart in your hands while the founders scramble for even cheaper avenues to bring them too you.

It's a dog eat dog world in which the faster maker isn't always the best and the one with the most product floods the market to bang out the monopolies.

Even with the proof it's nothing new and nothing has changed in years.

It's junk being sold for top dollar with no end in sight while replacements for such products are being needed almost on a daily basis.

I didn't really uncover anything new or alarming in this one but just more of the same.
Sadly, not much concern is given to the safety of such products or the aftermath upon the environment.

Perhaps a new book could look into the damage being done with these 'throw away' products?
