Book Review: "The Man She Married" By Alison James

How well do you know your spouse?

Have you ever married someone who is so elusive, sneaky, and coy that he falls under the radar and you begin to question your actions rather than his own?
YES!!!

Everything that happened in this novel was like a blast from the past for this gal with the only exception being dating a serial killer (as far as I know).

The rest of the hidden families, the late night work and dinner meetings, the lack of incorporation but rather exclusion like two ships, the lack of discussion and the horrible sense of 'sex' rather than 'lovemaking'.

As my malignant narc once noted he could have sex with anyone at anytime as it's a mechanical act. Or this one, "You as my wife are nothing more than a kept woman and biz partner."

Everything is kept well hidden, siphoned out and mortgaged to the hilt if it holds any financial value.

This is just such a case here with Alice and Dominic who she was informed of his sudden departure?

But did he truly die?

The entire scenario in dating prostitutes, in utilizing blackmail, in hiding the reality of the truths is all too common.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did as it was a true thriller.
