You just never know in hindsight what could've been...This is an amazing array of characters not unknown to fans in which we have our main character on a mission to uncover the killer of two employees for the academy (her former school before surgery restored her sight).
What is most intriguing is the relationship not only between the characters but between the outer perimeters that utilize the senses as well as the assistance of a trained dog named Harley.
It was quite the dialogue with an ever thickening plot that seemed to never quit along a well paced display that allowed readers to move along nicely.
The drug cartel, the love relationships, the mystery, and the distractions including some rather unusual issues with the special assistance dog, all played very important roles in the development of the story line.
The tension originated with Kendra being kicked out of Afghanistan because of Lynch yet the ending between the two was electric as always!
A well played round here...
