For example: The author mentions using what's known as the Learning Theory. Reinforcing good behavior. Creating a chance for the pot to simmer by using methods such as deep breathing and or moving while compromising for the sake of all.

Well, it's not quite as easy when you have three teens as a single, bankrupt, and once homeless parent such as self following a divorce in which you're left without income, assets, or savings, including zero credit or employment -having raised your med disabled child and two others solo.
However, if you're not in a similar situation in which constant stress and drama runs your life via the family courts, attorneys, and others than perhaps these simplistic methods will work for you.
