Book Review: "What's Inside Your Backpack" by Jessica Sinarski

A wonderful new self help book for children, parents, educators, and professionals in the field of psychology, sociology, mental health, domestic violence, and the like.

It looks into the children's internal processes and how they cope with trauma, stress, abuse, and similar emotional stumbling blocks.

Reaching a safe haven to a new level of understanding through reaching out for help, support, and guidance via a grown adult is key.

Whether it's the teacher at school as was the case here with Zoey or whether it's a friend or even a counselor.
Therapy for those with more extensive needs is recommended and advised.

Thank you to Jessica Sinarski, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
