Book Review: "Anna Karenina" By Gemma Barder

While this book is written well I don't feel it's suitable for a 7 year old, young reader, and or teen audience.

While it's written for children it's a bit of a conundrum with Anna having a marital affair with Count Vronsky and then bearing his own child in the process. Nor did her sudden death sit well for a young audience.

Her husband Alexis was quite the kind hearted man because of the situation at hand as it was clearly evident these two had no qualms about being romantically involved and utilizing PDA while maintaining their self absorbed ways.

I'm not a fan of marital affairs because they happened multiple times in my own eleven year marriage and while some have no problem with this lifestyle those on the receiving end with children to raise solo most certainly don't find it amusing.

Thank you to Gemma, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
