Book Review: "The Lost Queen" By Signe Pike

“We may not always have the choice we would like. But we always have a choice.”

― Signe Pike, The Lost Queen

An interesting take as colonization and forced marriages while addressing Christianity and Anglo-Saxons is all on the menu for the taking.

Languoreth is in love with a warrior but sadly is forced into a marriage with the son of a Christian king.

What follows is a turmoil that brews and takes no prisoners.
The Lost Queen is the first in The Lost Queen Triology and the 2nd book I've read by Signe Pike (as I read out of order).

Her second in this series was equally as impressive and enjoyable so don't hesitate to get a copy of both when out and about as they will fully entertain and engross you into this fictional realm.
It's a great way to travel with a book.

Thank you to Signe, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
