When you get stuck in the smoke, fog, mirrors, lovebombing, gaslighting, manipulation and more it's hard not to see the light.
I'm a happily divorced mom of three from an 11 yr union to a malignant narcissist and I wish I could say I didn't miss the warning signs especially having a Masters degree in Criminal Justice.
However, it's easy to become the hunted and not the hunter and in this case become part of the discard and devalue stage of life with these toxic individuals.
Having said this I also must note I run my own self help site, The Lost Self Life After Narcissism on FB and do help others to heal and recover from having to deal with this type of personality trait disordered individuals.
With this noted the writing is on the wall and for those not familiar with narcissism beyond the vanity stage that's often noted then please get acquainted with the truth.
Operating from a false sense of self, blame and shame, smear campaigns, abuse of power, control, manipulation, brain washing, projection, mirroring, and much more is involved and yes, many as we are witnessing are dangerous.
This book for me was just another form of proof that even the most loyal are still discarded when they no longer serve a benefit to the ONE.
The truth of the matter is narcissist need a source of supply, they use enablers, they feed off the energy of others and will often mimic those behaviors as their own.
While this book wasn't an eye opener in terms of anything new it was a hard lesson to learn I'm sure for Stephanie and anyone who was placed in this spot of being ghosted and tossed to the side.
You must establish boundaries, limit contact, and know your own value and worth when having to engage with such toxicity otherwise the castle will fall upon you.
The need to feel superior and above the law is what is often in plain sight and that's not just egotistical in our case with the stake of our country and democracy on the line it's deadly.
We must VOTE BLUE!
God bless the USA
