Book Review: "The Girls, I've Been" By Tess Sharpe

The complexities of Nora's relationship are compounded by various factors including abuse, criminal actions, & domestic violence while heightened by her own self awareness to those problems including her ability to be both Jekyll and Hyde persona.

While this is rare- the fact that Tess Sharpe was able to accomplish such a task with ease in her simplistic style of writing with such heavy topics such as Iris's past abortion and her personal struggles with endometriosis is important to discuss for teens.

Wes and Nora's relationship was highlighted more often than Nora and Iris but fear not it's still all good and powerful with strong dynamics at play.

This is a fast paced cinematic thriller that will have you cheering it on long after you flip that last page. The depth of this story brings this into a whole new class that's all its own.

The fact that this ends with the author's links to domestic violence, child abuse, and the like shows the heartfelt relationship she has with her readers and I personally commend her for a job -Well Done!
