Book Review: "Yes, And I Love You" By Roni Loren

“Being capable of doing something and actually enjoying it turned out to be two different things.”

― Roni Loren, Yes & I Love You

Absolutely freakin' wonderful!

This book is wrapped tight with love, humility, grace, and a warmth that spreads to the soul.

As a mother of a son whose medically disabled for life I can't tell you how much it means to see strong role models like this young lady the main character with Tourette's Syndrome in addressing the quirks, the anxieties, the social mistreatment & the cognitive ability and effort to overcome this disease.

In addition, this book had tons of character, tons of love, and tons of wonderful showmanship that brought to good men into the picture each effectively with their own minor flaws.

The author's light tine and sensitive flair created a beautiful surrounding in which to host this wonderful new novel that's both touching and heartfelt. The idea that you can stand up in front of an audience and simply be yourself to the world is made whole by this character Hollyn aka Miz Poppy the popular reviewer.

This books shows to show that hiding yourself and remaining silent for fear of humiliation, ridicule, bullying isn't the answer as showing up and doing your work as yourself is a much better format to conquer the stage.

The comradery between these characters with Hollyn and Jasper was perfectly written and was quite dreamy and steamy in sections.

A perfect way to start this beautiful shiny day with this great read!

That ending was splendid and very well written.

Thank you to Roni, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
