Book Review: "The Darkness We Hide" By Debra Webb

Edgy! Suspenseful! Downright Mysterious! Past and Present collide with a serial killer on the loose!!

'The Darkness We Hide' will be at the top of everyone's Must Read pile because it contains the right amount of darkness coupled with intrigue from this masterful writer of thrills.

Debra Webb has achieved the top stats with this detective type feel as this secretive thriller with the past collides with current issues.

I'm a huge fan for many reasons most notably her writing which progresses nicely with just the right amount of spice and zest to appeal to all readers of all genres. Which is no easy task!

This is the third in the Undertaker's Daughter Series and builds upon the two previous works. It works well as a stand alone -so no worries- if not yet read in sequence.

Doctor Rowan (our main character) is literally and figuratively dealing with death as she's running the family's funeral home's with her boyfriend and police chief Billy Brannigan.
I love this duo as they are powerful and seductive while also protective of each other.
Keep in mind Julian the most wanted man and serial killer is still out there -lurking- dangerously close to them all.

That drive to capture Julian Addington and finally lay it all to rest is what drives her and that passion and intensity is what captures the minds and hearts of readers everywhere.
What a powerful performance from this amazing and profound writer whom I absolutely have fallen in love with since my first review opportunity.

It's a must read that I truly hope you find as addictive and enjoyable as I have over the years.

Thank you to Debra Webb for another wonderful journey via book travels!
