Book Review: "The Water Keeper" By Charles Martin

Redemption! Faith! Forgiveness! The human soul is complex yet broken in many places!

The tip of the iceberg is the foundation upon which this one revolves to capture the minds of readers everywhere!

Enter the priest/groundskeeper/savior of lost souls. He's on a mission to save woman from human trafficking and the dangers that could result in their deaths.

But first, he must attend to his own pasts and the idea that his scars reveal a deeper more troubling issue in healing from a past painful lifelong love -Marie.

Murphy is an extraordinary character that truly cares and wears his heart on his sleeve.

Two things I've long learned over the years- You can't bargain with a fool, fool's gold entices people to do things they ordinarily wouldn't think to do, and evil has far reaching consequences for those who wish to engulf themselves in darkness.

A great read by Charles for which I'm blessed to have received this early copy to have explored!
