Book Review: "Hopeless Romantic"

This was a situation with two extremely busy individuals, numerous restraints, hardships, and turmoil.

The fact that these two polar opposites with Levi/Beckett could somehow find common ground and become united much less married is something I can't grasp.

The initial attraction was a slow burn with plenty of leg work revolving around medical issues from family members with Asberger's, autism, pregnancy resulting in death, and a niece in desperate need.

The resulting issues seem to be tossed aside to create this magical moment of love and kinship but it's too convenient to be believable or even credible. It just appeared and fell into place with little build up.

For me this was a good read with plenty of moveable parts but it was a nice touch in addressing such difficult neurodevelopmental issues.

All in all a light, quick, and fun read for an extended weekend.
