Book Review: "No Offense" By Meg Cabot

What a fun day revisiting Little Bridge Island in this second of the series by the wonderful Meg Cabot.

If you're not familiar with her work she's fab contemporary chick lit, women's fiction, romance author that leaves everything out there in her work.

No Judgement was her first piece and this picks up with a broken engagement, a dream job, and a hunky sheriff named John.

As head of the children's services at Little Bridge Island Public Library Molly knows a thing or to about kids and that'll come in handy later on in this piece.

As for now a newborn has been located in the bathroom at the library and John the town sheriff and single parent comes to investigate.

Upon said investigation he believes no crime has been committed but also takes it one step further in informing those involved who were unaware of the totality of the circumstances.
Tabitha Brighton is now in the spotlight for more than just new parenting skills as the Hipaa laws are quite rigid and strictly enforced. Right?

Well, there's a rift between how this all came to be between Molly and John and now Kathleen (John's daughter) is also in play.

Just what wasn't needed is a school thief but here he is like Johnny on the Spot.
Ughh!

As it turns out love may override fear of the unknown and it appears finding out the father's name and having him do the right thing may be harder than first thought.

Raising a baby is not an easy task and having kids is something that must be given careful consideration.

Meg Cabot did a fascinating job tying it all together.

The ending was so unexpected but gave me chills so well worth it.

Thank you to Bibliotheca for this e-read in exchange for this honest review.
