Book Review: "The Ruthless" By David Putnam

Can you become ruthless chasing ruthless criminals?

Ask Bruno, -LA County Sheriff Deputy- who has his work cut out for him in this 8th edition to the series of Bruno Johnson.

His daughter Olivia married a thug, her common law husband Derek Sams has just done the unthinkable in losing one of their twins named Alonzo.

The intensity spikes with a murder of a judge and his wife whom were friends with Bruno.
However, if you think that's the end -think again- Olivia has just overdosed!

If there's one thing we know from past works, it's Bruno is not only a teddy bear but a bull. He's overly protective of his family.

Ever wonder what could happen if you hold anger, rage, built up frustration too long? Wonder, no more!

As they say in the profession: Case closed x 2!

The entire novel was a barn burner from start to finish.

It held my attention with ample energy for the stage which was set with hard core suspense, full fledged action, expanding heated elements, tremendous anger, and exploding rage resulting in death.

What more can one say...but read it for yourself and learn more about Johnny Sin, William Butterworth, and La Vonn Lofton as there's a hidden component in here somewhere for readers to uncover.

Thank you David for this signed copy ARC that will be cherished for many years to come.
I can't wait to see what more you have coming down the pike as I hear The Sinister is in the works for Feb. 2022.

As always it was a pleasure to read and I do hope everyone can get their hands on a copy soon.

Thank you my friend!
