Book Review: "Margreete's Harbor" By Eleanor Morse

Independence is one thing but how old is too old to continue living alone when dementia starts to cause mental impairment?!

This started off as an interesting approach to a family that harbored warm feelings for Margreete but felt slightly mixed on the idea of uprooting to Maine as a married couple (Liddie/Harry) alongside their two kids Eva and Bernie.

Things begin to fog when opinions, betrayals, and America's historic trials from the 50's through till the 70's alongside tribulations that created that immediate chaos that was noticeable.
It seems experimentation to see what works or now being proposed while trying to keep everything from falling apart at the seems.

It's a unique story that kept me engaged till the end.

Thank you to Eleanor, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review
