Book Review: "Her Final Words" By Brianna Labuskes

“There was a lot someone could miss because they couldn’t bear the truth.”― Brianna Labuskes, Her Final Words

The truth can be closer than you think so hang on.

The original premise was interesting but the process was very slow.

As we begin the investigative side we uncover that Knox Hollow may be a small town in Idaho but they also have a local church that appears to utilize cult like actions with strict doctrines and extremely tight control of its members.

While FBI Agent Lucy investigates the death of young Noah via Eliza's confession we learn the church may be involved with their own beliefs on no medical intervention when a child is sick.

Now, we go from this "Eliza has a secret" to WTH is going on here...because Molly is also missing.

Who killed Noah and left his 12yo body near the rock from a knife wound with 'psalms' cut into his skin?

While this was hard to keep track with multiple pov's here; the pure excitement alone of uncovering the truth will surely satisfy the thriller appetite.

Thank you to Brianna, the pub, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
