Book Review: "Royals" By Danielle Steel

The only 'royals' I can relate to is my kids private school with the name in the title.

This my friends is a different take on what it means to be royal when a princess is sent away for safety during WWII, finds love, and explores her heart, becoming lost forever.

Third in line for the throne, Princess Charlotte is a feisty 17 yo, who begins to settle in using an alias with her trusted noble family in the country.

They are the only ones who know her truths as she reigns supreme in horse racing and makes a name for herself outside her 'protectors' shield.

The love they exhibit is something to behold and will make you laugh, cry, and become enamored in the entire situation at play.

She longs for normalcy. She leaves behind a most precious child. She wonders.

Not all that is lost can be found.

Will the letters located finally showcase reality?

Will her true identity ever be uncovered?

Princess Charlotte was strong, determined, and forever a hero for her courage, dignity, and grace to face head on the actions of her past.

A great read by one of my favorite authors -Danielle Steel- who always pulls out miracles in everyone of her works.

Thank you to Danielle for this honor to review, the publisher Random House, Delacorte Press, and Ballantine, NetGalley, and Amazon Kindle for this ARC in exchange for this honest review.
