Book Review: "1st Case" By James Patterson

Bedroom killer? Young women are turning up dead, a discreet chatting app utilizing tracking capabilities is involved, sexual content is being exposed, someone must pay!

Well, there you have it but first we must note that Angela is not only intelligent but she's at the top of her game with the FBI's cyber-forensics unit.

She's handed this case involving not just these women but soon she'll find herself in some hot water.

Can she safely bring justice and uncover just who is behind these explicit texts or will she wind up gone for good?

The clock ticks, the momentum swings, the power is in the glory, justice is on the line...

While the book moves freely and quickly with short chapters (Patterson trademark) it's the immaturity of Angela that shines through and leaves me wanting more.

The romance section also could use some spice.

Thank you to Marian Sutherland Kirby for this 'New' read during curbside pickup marathon reads which I founded to promote reading during the pandemic. Every day becomes a scavenger hunt to locate and uncover new libraries within Luzerne county Pennsylvania.

I'm not one to branch out (no pun intended) and try new locations so this is just one of many on my list of new locations.

I hope you enjoy this new read and review. Till we meet again xoxo
